Single Monoblock 60mm LNB 6° for 80cm dish. This monoblock LNB was designed for dual satellite reception at once with a single dish. It can be used for the broadcast reception of any two satellites spaced with 6° on an 80cm dish antenna and its distribution to a single tuner Set-top box.

Ideal to enjoy channels from Astra 19.2 E and 13 E HotBird satellites or also for Astra 19.2E and 23.5E Astra

This specially designed for the European DTH markets monoblock provides optimal characteristics for dual satellite reception. It supports the reception (with a 80cm antenna) of satellites distance which is 6°. This LNB enables the signal distribution to a set top box with a single tuner. It is suitable for High Definition transmissions and provides excellent Noise Figure performance. Since it was developed to meet strict specifications and manufactured to the highest quality standards, this LNB is an ideal solution for the reception of the European satellite broadcasting.

---FAQ---

--1.Why a monoblock LNB is used?

The most common use of a monoblock LNB is the reception of stations that are broadcast via Astra and Hotbird. Here, on Astra to find first of all German channels while on Hotbird many non-German speaking TV channels are transmitted (including many Italian, Polish, French or Russian channels). The easiest way to be able to receive the full spectrum of these international programs is the use of a monoblock LNB.

--2.Operation of the monoblock LNB

When used for Astra and Hotbird mentioned above, the two built-in LNB are positioned at a distance of 6°. Thus it is precisely possible for the two satellite positions Astra set 19° and Hotbird 13°. The reception is through the so-called cross-eyed LNB assembly guaranteed. The permanently installed receiver units must not worry about the precise assembly of single LNB to the monoblock. That would be the case when using a multi-feed holder. Inside of the monoblock LNB there is a switch integrated (DiSEqC switch), which makes switching between satellites, or more specifically the LNB at all possible. This control standard must master what is mostly a problem in the modern equipment and the receiver.

--3.What monoblock LNB types are there?

The monoblock is two single LNBs that are installed in the simplest case. However, there are other characteristics that are shown in each case with an example.

Monoblock Single LNB

The Monoblock Single LNB has a single connector. This can be exactly one receiver operate. This is the easiest and most economical way to receive two satellites.

--4.Disadvantage: Only one tuner can be supplied. This means that you can't watch another program while you record something is not arbitrary.

--5.Here again summarizes the most important facts about the monoblock use.

With monoblock, receiving two satellites(usually Astra and Hotbird)can be very simple. The existing LNB bracket could be used. Only one of the two LNBs of the block be inserted into the holder.

--6.The monoblock is available in three variants, which are single, twin and quad version
