1. Can you accept OEM or ODM?
Re:Yes,OEM and ODM are welcome.We have the fully ability to customize any design,shape and size
as per customers' specific requirements.
2.Are you a factory or trading company?
Re:We are a factory set up more than eight years.
3.What is your MOQ?
Re: Generally 3,000 pcs,but we accept small trial order.
4.Can you send free samples?
Re:Yes,we can provide free samples,you just need to pay the express cost.
5.Where is your major market?
Re: North America,South America,Latin America,Southeast Asia,Eastern&North Europe,South Africa.
6.How long is the sample lead time?
Re:For existing samples,it takes 2-3 working days.If you want your own designs,it takes 5-7 working days,
subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen and etc.
Anyway ,we will response fast to your request.
7.How long is the production lead time?
Re:It takes 25-35days for MOQ.We have a large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time
even for large quantity.
8.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Re:We have our own design team in office.So you can provide JPG,AI,CDR or PDF and etc.
Even we can design a new one for your reference by free.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing
screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
9.How many colors are available?
Re:We match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you just need to inform us which Pantone color code you
want.We will match the colors before production.Or we will recommed some popular colors for you.
10.What about your payment term?
Re: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after contract signed and balance against the copy of B/L.
Warranty:
1.We provide 2 years warranty for all our products. Artificially damaged or with missing components is not in the warranty terms.
2.Buyer needs to be responsible for the shipping cost. (In normal case, you only need to ship back the main device without any accessories).
3.Before you ship back the products, please contact with us to make sure that is hardware defect, but not software problem. We will give you full tech-support.
4.Before shipping, please contact with us to get the correct return address. Please use regular registered post service and provide us tracking number. (Don't use fast delivery service in case of import tax.). We will reship the repaired item or exchange it to you ASAP.
